"no war for oil" NYT slogan, I can't help but into disabuse mode. :-) It's not NYT, it is the standard left line. And if and your friends hang out in clubs, they are going to do well with that line, and you are going to strike out. Relax. The reason the left is so shrill is that they have lost the battle. But it still sells with the babes.
