The question in the "web" version was certainly dumbed
down, and the answer filtered to a sound byte.

I don't mean to pick on you, but indiscriminate forwarding
of unattributed information, well intended albeit, is just
one of the perils of today's Internet.

In the real dialogue, Colin Powell comes through as very
genuine, and exquisitely eloquent. Someone to be really
proud of, to have as a part of our government.
