Again and again if I said "Saddam is evil and all those civilian death are the fault of Iraqis because they hide their army in them, they use equipment to interfere with US weapons(otherwise, a Iraqi civilian can continue to sit on the toilet bowl and Saddam next door being decaped by the smart bombs)".
