I don't put much credence on the published book value of AXTI. How much of that is goodwill and IP? They do have about $1/share in cash and cash burn will be close to nil this year. Their VGG process is no longer unique as Sumitomo and Frieberger are offering equivalent quality wafers at competitive prices. It is still cheap but not as cheap as you think based on book value.
