Kerry's positions have been 100% consistent. Go to johnkerry.com and check it out. The only change I can remember him making is charing terrorists with the death penalty. Other than that the make is the rock of Gibraltar. Unlike Bush, he doesn't have to change his positions because he's right the first time. Bush's positions have dramatically changed since he ran for president. Remember he was running as the compassionate moderate? Anything but since he wrested power with the help of Jeb.
