I don't know how to evaluate time value of naked puts. First blush, the 05 10s seem more attractive. you will be tying up some margin money for two years though, in exchange for the premium.
my view on DUK is that it will trade for 20-30$/share in 2004 or 2005 at the latest. far cry from bargain basement $14 present price. I think the money to be made in DUK is by owning the stock, collecting the divies, even if reduced, and sharing in the price aprreciation. why, what a novel idea that is.
