no doubt. congratulations to you and her if you both bought some.
the options action was the strangest i'd ever seen and only made
sense in light of the news.

august 12.5 calls went from 1/4 last week to 1 1/4 on tuesday
before ending up at 1/16 with no bid. and the stock was pegged
to 12. i'm looking at this thinking, "whats wrong with this picture?"

only after i checked the news did it make sense that the stock
now pegged solidly at 12 with no chance of future advancement
was responsible for the abrupt collapse of the options. never seen
that maneuver before. pretty exciting; imagine blowing a
couple hundred, making a couple thousand, and ending up with
$50, all in a few days time. whew!

no thoughts on any suits. this game is over. as we used to say
over at amdahl, last one turn out the lights. i for one have quit
the thread. nothing left to even laugh at...
