dont think the top echelon of the iraqi leadership will be found, at least not in iraq. They will end up playing golf with Idi Amin, i suspect.

debka is saying the Iraqi leadership has bought a villa in Syria. They speculate that Saddam has bolted. But I find it hard to believe that even Bashar Assad would be that stupid. Taking in wives and families, that's one thing. But Saddam and sons? He would really have to be feeling suicidal.
