Seems to me that the proper action would be against the attorneys who represented the class, if they have not pursued a just and equitable settlement. To me, "just" would mean criminal referrals where warranted. "Equitable" would mean that the owners get all available funds plus recovery of funds received by management after the time they breached fiduciary duty to shareholders. Of course, I'm not an attorney, but I do speak English.

I don't have a class notice yet, though I still own shares.

If class-action barristers are monitoring this thread, I love you guys. C'mon down; let's go hunting.
