I would generally agree with the things you say. I'm somewhat blinded to management decision's because I find it hard to understand exactly what they are doing. I agree they should have been able to make money off the division they wrote down. I hope there is some spark left in the company after this quarter. I will wait until the next quarter to make my decision on what I will do with my stock.
