You make an argument trying to guess what it will cost to rebuild the country and arbitrarily end it with:

Where is that coming from?

using your 3 million barrels a day yields 1.1 a billion a year. You are pricing oil at less than $14/barrel. Assuming $23-25/barrel, your base numbers of $13-15 billion in revenue are off by 70%. At 6 million/day, the revenue number is closer to $50 billion a year.

I will say it again. If SA can do it, why not Iraq. They have the same oil.
