Yes, the US developed chem warfare during the cold war
arms race.

I thought it was crazy at the time.
So I understood the peace movement then.

However we never used them.

However, I would rather us have them than Saddam
or Bin Laden have them. But you seem to prefer the later 2.
I have my loyalities, but not blind loyalty.
I realize the good the US has done in the world, and
realize what would happen if the Stalins, Hitlers, or Saddams had any technological edge in warfare.
If anyone would suffer for it, I hope it is not me,
but fools like you.
