Last I checked Canada was still ahead of the USA in that UN list. Our health care system has it's faults, but so does yours - skyrocketing costs, lack of universal access, etc.. Soon nobody will be able to afford your fantastic health care system.

In case you haven't noticed we have cold climate, especially in the areas significantly north of the 49th parallel. Most of the population is hugging the border. I don't mind winters, but it's not for everybody.
