John..Hopefully you're right, but tread with caution. I bought on the last Lucent announcement, watched it go up fast, and then trail off with really low daily volume. I sold for a small loss after getting worried about the company/stock movement. Of course, in hindsight, I should have held..but the market seems to behave funny around ARX, and without knowing the answers...just some thoughts from a different perspective.
