Additional source of left's frustration: Oil will fully finance the rebuilding of Iraq, with the spiking of the French and Russian oil deals (which, essentially, rip off US consumers) paying for the war itself. This winds up being not a "no cost" war, but a very PROFITABLE war. That's JUST FINE with the 70% who will now be voting for Bush (and whatever Congressional candidates he endorses). But for the left, it's another two years of wandering around, foaming at the mouth, and muttering continuously, "Haliburton. Haliburton." "Haliburton" is becoming the code word for: "I AM A POLITICALLY RADIOACTIVE TRAITOR"...
