"Tom Cirigliano, a spokesman for Exxon Mobil of Irving, Texas, said the company has no knowledge of any illegal payments made to Kazakh officials by any current or former Mobil employees"

And of course he IS telling the truth, because standard
procedure is typically:

-- employ a local CONSULTANT
-- pay the consultant a huge fee
-- the consultant bribes whoever necessary and retains
a fee for the service

Thus there would NEVER be any such payments made to local officials by current or former Mobil employees. NEVER.

Pure as driven snow!

Namaste!
