Delay dodged the draft and later remarked there were plenty of minority kids who could kill his shoes. He is one of those phony patriots, a former pesticide salesman turned lobbyist for polluters. The first thing he did once the new GOP congress was in session was get rid of the rule requiring congressmen to report contributions and gifts from lobbyists. Delay is the CEO of Political Corruption Inc.
