Nice job on changing the subject. What does DeLay's draft status have to do with the fact that Kerry's comments were a bit over the top?

The first thing he did once the new GOP congress was in session was get rid of the rule requiring congressmen to report contributions and gifts from lobbyists.

What are you talking about? The House rules on gifts still look to be intact:
