The point is that sanitized news reports from U.S. sources, particularly the military, no longer are credible. If an independent source (not U.S. dominated) confirmed the report, then it would be credible, but I only trust the administration statements, or statements of embedded reporters about as far as I can throw my house. How do we know that chemical weapons, if that's what they are, weren't planted by U.S. troops trying desperately to produce evidence that would justify the war? Art
