Hmm... The Iranian gov't has progressed a small distance from the Islamic Fundamentalists, but is still a close relative. And the Saudi gov't is the grandfather, somewhat unhappy with the grandkids, but still its kids.

Most of the gov'ts there pay close ateention to the Islamic Terrorists and try not to offend them. Most wil willingly give them aid if they think they can get away with it.
