Michal,
I'm new here. .. Just found you!

When you say "between 3-8", what exactly are you referring to?
I have gone back and read all of the posts leading up to this one and I'm still confused.
I thought you were talking about the number of consecutive JPG Saves, where you lose with each Save, before it gets to be too much.
Now, I don't know.

I have run into the problem of the file being degraded after each jpg Save several times and it can be very frustrating!

It seems to me there should be a way to have an Original image file that can be modified, saved, and STILL be exactly as good as the Original except for the changes made. Do you know what it is?
Like keep everything in a BMP (bit map) format until everything is the way you want it, THEN Save-As to a jpeg file for distribution, etc.

Have you run into this problem. . . and, if so, how do you solve the problem?

Thank you,
Joe
