Top of the day to yea Robert,

Called the company up yesterday to see what was going on. Got some very
encouraging news. I guess by now you read their news release. I haven't
as of yet but I did read TWGs. Been waiting a long time for this one.
It is actually better then I was expecting.

Here's a breif update:

BRAZIL:

Got their work permits straightend out.
Got their title transfer straightend out.
Properties look pretty good and are in a good area. That will remain
to be seen when we start to get some info back on ground work.

INDO:

You know by now that the JV went down. TWG is going to front the money
for phase I. That is a good sign for us. Not good for TWG. There going
to be taking all the risk but good for them if they make the strike.

We are an 18% holder in the JV. So when we get to phase II we will have
to cough up 18% of the costs. Thats good for us also.

Trenching and drilling has been going on. TWG is now identifying the
targets for the drill program and it will probably commence by Sept. full
scale. That part still is up in the air but that is the projected time
frame. Got some good priliminary results. Asked how things look and they
are or should I say very encouraged in what they see as to date.

I still haven't gotten hold of TWG to find out exactly what the time
frame is but that is a ghost time frame. I was really surprised when I
got one of the directors to speak with. He was very accommadating. Didn't
sound like any BS.

Well there you have it. There was some small talk and other things that
I would be glad to answer if you have any questions.

Like I said things look very encouraging ;-).
