I for one would not buy the warrants.I would make certain of the excercise terms and callable features.If the stock sells over that price for 20 days they are likely to be called.The dilution is not as important as the cash the company needs to foster their growth,and the running of the business takes cash.This is one persons opinion who has a lot of experience with warrants.IMHO!!!
