I lived and worked in Europe for several years. I dealt primarily with German, Dutch, British, and Scandanavian people, and found many of them to be bright and hard working -- certainly on a par with many American workers. I think your stereotype is false.

Some Europeans probably think Americans, and Floridians in particular, are a bunch of slackers and drug addicts. I'm sure you would disagree with THAT stereotype. Stereotypes in general often do a disservice to those involved.

BTW, do you have credible evidence of your allegations that the countries of France and Russia violated the UN embargo? Indications that French and Russian arms have been seen in Iraq will not suffice, because they could have been sent to Iraq either before the embargo or by others outside those two countries (or even by persons inside, in violation of their laws -- I bet there are some U.S. munitions that have found their way to Iraq illegally, but that doesn't mean the U.S. violated the embargo).
