what on earth does that have to do with Iraq

If the US is willing to sweep that kind of activity under the rug to protect corporate interests, the claim to be a humanitarian champion becomes transparent.

ExxonMobil has been aware of the atrocities.
The attempt to have the suit thrown out uses no legal legal argument so it is obvious the allegations are true.

ExxonMobile pays for the use of the soldiers so they ARE employees.

If the atrocities are allowed to be committed in Indonesia, what might be allowed in Iraq?
