Ed: Newsflash! I have never shorted REFR, ever, and it is my belief that Harary is well aware of that FACT. You see, Harary and company seems to pass out investor lists or at least some of the names of investors in REFR to its pet shills on the board. Ask Dixon, she should know and should be able to answer the question of whether I was short or not as she has in the past. As for pouncing on REFR like I do it was only done after doing DD that was much superior to any of that done by any REFR shills. A friend and I were the first to bring to light (joke) the fact that SPD never did go from "dark to clear" like REFR touted for years. We discovered and dissmeinated the fact that SPD went from "dark" to "some" visibility when we attended the show in Dallas some years back, much of course to the consternation of REFR and the 100's of REFR longs who had viewed it before us and didn't want the world to know. I also discovered and brought to light REFRs share shuffling scheme where they bought stock at a higher price in the same year than they sold it for earlier in the year and how the practice cost investors millions. This was long before Assenio and others mentioned these facts in their statements. In fact, between Soulard, I, Mainbeam, Thyraud, and a few others we exposed more parts of the scam than all others combined. That Ed, is why we are so hated. We understand that the windows that Inspectech originally "installed" in 2001 were not sold. We brought that fact to light. (another pun) REFR doesn't like it that many of us have worked carefully to uncover their misleading and deceptive statements that have made a mockery of the truth. No matter what REFR does in the future its past record of screwing investors for personal gain will remain with it until implosion. That is why no analysts or other people in their right minds would ever reco this stock as a "buy".
