water
electricity
dead bodies
dead tanks on roads
water
disease
booby traps
refugees
food shortage
water

did I say WATER ???

I believe water will be the primary concern in several areas
most definitely in Basra, the 2nd biggest city
and in time, certainly in Baghdaddy, the Mother of All Iraqi Cities
