Kerry wants to put an end to offshore tax cheating. He wants to be the first president to actively take on the little nations that allow our richest people and corporations to escape billions in taxes each year. Halliburton alone has 94 accounts in the Cayman Islands. That is quite normal for Texas companies and affluent individuals in particular. Now that the tax-payers have paid to take over Iraq, they deserve a reimbursement form the oil profits. Agree?
