Interesting concept of international law.

We get to define what the words, "Competent Tribunal" means. What is so difficult about that?

I assume that you are one of the people who believe that there really is something called "International Law" that the US has to obey. That concept was blown out of the water when we went ahead and liberated Iraq. Nobody gives ups their Sovereignty to "International Law." Nobody. It is honored by countries when it suits their purposes, and not when it gets in the way. That is not an argument for or against, just reality.

So if you are a do-gooding "One Worlder," who dreams of a Utopian world legal system, "Forgeddaboutit!"
