CB, courts reverse each other, up to the Supreme Court, all the time using the same words. Then, the Supreme Court reverses itself. The USA constitution is a fixed bunch of words, but it seems to need reinterpretation even centuries later. In NZ we don't bother with a constitution, we just have a convention or something which sits ethereally above us all, to be interpreted by official legal eagles and handed down to we the serfs from time to time when they need more money.

Just what the heck is a militia anyway which has the right to bear weapons of mass destruction? How come Roe and Wade are difficult to sort out? Why can't people smoke dope or snort cocaine, but they used to sell cocaine in Coke and can smoke tobacco, but not anymore in most places which are privately-owned but are open to customers to use?

Those are rhetorical questions.

Has Homeland Security officially banned what was left of freedom? That's another one.
