Believe in the lone gunman theory three times in a row? Some people do compare Kerry to JFK, so I do worry. I also worry that there are those in power interested in replacing the Cold War with something else. Rumsfield seems like charming guy until you dig a little deeper, and see him on that video shaking Saddam's hand with a big grin on his face, as if you say "you're our man and we want to do business". Rumsfield started out as a Cold War air force spook. His specialty was secret arms shipments, spy planes and things like that. Later on he became an arms industry lobbyist and is the main man behind SDI. Tens of billions into a top secret black hole. Not accountable to anyone really. That kind of power can be very addicting.
