Howdy, pardner... ;-)

Some corrupt, disturbed, criminal individuals are inevitable and do not necessarily corrupt (or represent) their society. US and NZ are examples of such countries. On the other hand, countries like USSR, or Iraq, or others of that kind - you know the usual examples - have no protections of individuals against the state, and are, therefore, totally corrupt and corrupting.

I found your reply to CobaltBlue last night disappointing. She gave you a basic Common Law theory about how guilt gets assigned. You dismissed that theory - on the grounds, it seems, that it was created by men - like the Supreme Court and such. Well, that's the law we chose to live with. We have separated Church and State, and are not ready to go back. As we speak, we are, in fact, spilling blood - and our boys and girls are risking and sacrificing their lives - so that we wouldn't have to at some point go back...

Must be brief... my missus is calling. Planning to skip town for a while this morning...

Cheers!
