if HIGH probability is there.

Perhaps when the coalition take over major structures and good control of Baghdad.
Suicide bomb or mini fighting will continue but isn't Israel in the same situation?

Even after the war, it won't be easy to win over the HEART of Iraqi people.
Which I think British will do a better job.

Hope U.S. will pull out after the war, and tell
the world that we didn't invade Iraq for oil but truly
for freedom of Iraq.
But you know those big oil companies,
I bet they have special Iraq oil take over team ready by now...
