Who are the Jewish people, and what is the promised land?
The Hebrew nation of the Old Testament (old covenant) and the promised land were symbols or types of the spiritual realities God was trying to convey.
The promised land was the Kingdom of God that Christ would establish when he redeemed mankind. AFter Jesus established the New Covenant, the Christian people became the Israel nation, the Jewish people, and the Chosen status was transfered to those who had fait hin Christ.
FOR HE IS NOT A JEW WHICH IS ONE OUTWARDLY
Romans 2:28,29
28: For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
29: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
