Once again, PLEASE ANSWER the following:

If you think that future margins will be substantially affected, then why would you "buy as much as you can"?

I'll make my question simpler so you can understand. Most people buy companies that they think will continue to increase earnings. If margins are reduced, earnings will be hurt. If you know this to be true, why would you buy it back?

For example, If I thought company x's earnings are going to decline, I wouldn't buy it- at any price. Would you buy Micron if it falls?

Your comments just don't make sense.

Is that always your strategy? Yes, I, peter muckerman, look for companies whose earnings I believe are declining. In my opinion, those companies make the best investments.
