LOL! No one believes the administration.

Alex Jones said recently the proven reserves actually total $4 trillion, which the US gov't/corp combine wants to value at $1 trillion in a UN-administered trust fund, then have the World Bank loan those funds back to the Iraqi people at interest. The losers are the American people who pay for war and reconstruction, and the Iraqi people who have their assets stolen, er I mean "administered".

That neat trick accomplishes several things, buying off any officials in any gov't or UN agency necessary, and creating a $3 trillion profit for Bush partners and oil cos. A small % of that should be enough to pay for any sort of '04 campaign anyone could imagine. If '00 campaign was $140million, imagine what the '04 campaign will be... Staged rallies like you've never seen before, all media spots bought up in advanced, every pundint you've ever heard of on the Bush side of the ledger.
