Kerry doesn't have anything to do with those liberal names. They are too left for him. In fact two of them I suggested inviting to one event and Kerry's people nixed it. Wouldn't even send them an invite. Howard Dean can have their support. Kerry's supporters are mainstream, strong on counter-terrorism, fiscal conservatives, military moderates and liberal on the environment and some social issues. Progressive moderates in other words if you had to pick a tag. Kerry will be strong with moderate Republicans, some traditional conservatives, of course all veterans, most women and young people. Kerry may even run with McCain to go after disenchanted Bush conservatives.
