That is correct Ed. REFR, nor any of the licensees that I or others have contacted have ever provided evidence of an arms-length sale.

Don't believe me, call any licensee or REFR itself and ask for verification of a single satisfied customer that purchased an SPD product(name and phone number). You won't get one.
