mPhase to Present at Pulver Fast Net Conference

NORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 1, 2003--mPhase Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:XDSL), a leading supplier of innovative DSL component products and solutions for the delivery of broadcast digital television and high-speed data over copper wires, will be presenting at the Fast Net Futures Conference in San Jose, CA on April 1 to 3, 2003.

Todd Nelson, Director of Sales - DSL Component Products for mPhase, will participate in a panel discussion entitled "Beyond Performance." During this session, Nelson will discuss the importance of loop management for DSL service providers as their networks begin to scale as well as the advancements mPhase has made in automating loop management. Specifically, Todd will outline the savings achieved in managing a DSL network when mPhase's newly released product, the iPOTS3, is deployed.

At the invitation of mPhase, Boyd Mathews, a member of the technical staff at Lucent Technologies' Bell Labs will participate in another panel discussion at the conference called "Video is Ready." This panel will address the state of the industry overall as well as highlight technological advancements that are making video over DSL a reality around the globe. Mathews is part of the Bell Labs team that was contracted by mPhase to design the company's recently announced Broadcast Television Switch (BTS) product.

The Fast Net Futures conference is a three-day, in-depth study of the roadmap today's service providers must follow to reach their financial and technological goals of the future - including, importantly, delivering video services. Todd will draw a straight line on that roadmap from existing voice to advanced services and discuss how mPhase's products enable service providers to quickly, reliably, and cost-effectively achieve their goals and prepare for the network demands of tomorrow.
