fair media coverage

I heard a radio report this morning (Morning Edititon NPR) in which it was claimed that VX rockets and Mustard rockets were found, armed, primed, and pointed at the head of American troops. I found this curious, because VX in particular isn't generally loaded until right before a weapon is fired since the possiblity of a leak is dangerous to those firing the weapon. Why it would be so loaded and then abandoned is doubly curious. The story was repeated twice as I drove into work. Only now I can't find a mention of such thing anywhere, even Faux, although there are at least three major editorals wondering where the WMDs are. I'm starting to think that this is the fastest retraction ever.
