Where are the surpluses he inherited? The same place as all the other bogus "wealth" -- flitted away into the thin air of nonexistence. Quit focusing on Clinton and start demanding more than mumbling and fear mongering from your chosen president. It is a legitimate difference of opinion. I believe Bush, with the war against Iraq, has done more to end the Palestinian conflict than any previous president. You and I could never agree on this. It is simply a matter of some people having a little more vision than others. As I've indicated here for months, liberals tend to be long on protest and short on vision.
