The media cannot reveal the secret of Vietnam: It was a failure, not of America, but of American LIBERALISM. From LBJ picking bombing targets with a map in one hand and a political poll in the other, to Robert McNamera fabricating the failed doctrine of "limited escalation", to the Boomer "students" displaying their gross ignorance by playing into the KGB's hands through the "peace" movement, the American LEFT-traditional as well as the new, Marxist/Leninist traitor version-THREW the Vietnam war, and condemned Indochina to 30 years of slavery and murder.
The great enemy of these human failures was Richard Nixon, who figured a way out of the morass without creating a military debacle.
It's water over the dam, of course, because the people weren't fooled forever. But, as part of the New American Renaissance, it's long-past time to SPIKE the mass of revisionist history that has been pumped out about Veitnam over the last 30 years. THAT means cleaning the left wing sewer rats OUT of academia, and making the privileged intellectual class ACCOUNTABLE for supporting the civilization, culture, and country that has conferred that privilege on them.
Then, the next time they are ordered to assemble 150 phony monkeys to defend a guilty, criminal president in a House impeachment hearing, they will show enough character not to sell out to the bastard out-of-hand.
Or, to paraphrase a banality from THEIR era: What if they gave an impeachment fix, and nobody came?... |
