Traders have zero to do with Fed manipulation that is a KNOWN point and has nothing to do with how Fed manipulation works, and believe, they do--do to manage shorterm interventions..
For understanding floor traders one only need know how their local bookies work.
Bookies don't give a damn who wins and loses as long as they are in balance, and they LOVE ties. Max
