Clinton tried to kill Osama several times. Yes they regret they didn't take up that one offer. But they were also training a Pakistani hit team to get him in Afghanistan when Clinton left office. What happenes to that team under Bush remains unclear. This Clinton "derelict of duty" business is just a buncha baloney. Bush should have taken out Osama before 9-11 too. No? Where was he on terrorism before 9-11? AWOL.
