I don't think 60 is out of the question... Sure it's at 85 now, but if we do get a 20% correction, the high flyers like Dell are going to be hit harder as people try to get out with a profit. The more profit taking there is, the lower it will go. I'm sure there are a lot of people sitting on very nice profits right now who'd like to keep their gains.

He may have lost a lot shorting Dell, but one of the benefits of shorting is that time is on your side as long as shares are freely available to borrow. I have no position right now, but if I choose to establish one, it will probably be with well out of the money put options, and I won't risk too much in case I'm wrong.
