Clinton responded to the attacks, he just didn't get Osama. Neither has Bush despite doubling the military budget. Where is Osama? I watched a documentary on the Clinton FBI guy tracking Osama in Yemen after the Cole attack. It was tough work but they were getting somewhere. Then Bush took over, people were reassigned and the guy took a job at the World Trade Center as their head of security. A lot of Clinton counter-terrorist programs were scrapped when Bush took over. He wanted to start all over with new people but he did nothing for nine months. The result is 9-11. The truth will come out after Bush leaves office what a screw-up thre was prior to 9-11. Bush stalled the investigation and wants to underfund them so they can't nail him until after he's either out of office or re-elected.
