I believe the problem is with what you think is the end of the day and what the computer thinks is the end of the day. Asked this same many months ago from Datek and got the answer that it was the close of the normal trading day - 4PM. Thats what I've been using and have had no suprises. Please if you find solid answer, post so that we can all learn.
