Reply: War crime trials

I always thought it was the agressor country who, once defeated, faced the war crimes tribunal. But nope, now we're going to be 'trying' soldiers whose sin it was to try and defend their country. In the world of the Bushies, it must make sense, and I just saw a Fox poll where 77% of the respondents agreed that Iraqi uniformed army members should face military tribunals. Next, I guess, it will be the war protesters who face the same kind of retribution. Is this a great country or what!!
