Maybe that's why the volume is low?

Doesn't matter if we are in a bull or bear market or flat...... as long as you're in the right stocks.

So............... I guess no one was interested in stocks in the 90's since it was a bull market?

I do not know if new lows are coming or when the bear is officially over and neither does any one else.

I know that the most bearish will continue to say that we cannot possibly have bottomed out because of this or that.

The bears seem quite interested in calling tops still. What does that mean? The bear market won't be over until they stop that behavior?
