Using WMD in this war was a no win situation for Saddam.
Use it & he loses any global support he might have had. Not
using it meant we didn't have to respond with real shock &
awe, but Saddam loses the war either way.

I'm confident we will find credible evidence of their WMD
programs. And it won't be planted evidence.
